Timetable
The timetable is now available as part of the SeptembRSE Conference Information System (CIS). Here you will find all of the details about the different events taking place during SeptembRSE, as well as information about our Virtual Conference Center. For ticket holders there are extra pages that provide information about your ticket, links to Zoom, links to Sli.do and links to forms to register for the small number of limited attendance workshops. Login details will be emailed to ticket holders during the last week of August.

| Friday July 2nd | Deadline (at end of day) for submissions to SeptembRSE |

| Mid July | Publication of the call for discussion participants Presenters informed as to whether their submissions have been accepted to SeptembRSE |
| Late July | Opening of registration for SeptembRSE |
| Friday August 6th | Deadline for submission of discussion participant applications |
| 12th August | Publication of the (provisional) complete timetable for SeptembRSE |
| 24 hours before each session | Deadline for presenters to upload materials (e.g. slides, workshop downloads) needed for their session |
| 48 hours before each session | Deadline for registration for any sessions that have limited numbers of attendees (e.g. workshop sessions). Most sessions (e.g. talks) will be open to everyone who has registered for SeptembRSE |
| Monday 6th September | Launch of SeptembRSE. Opening talks and keynotes. Start of week 1. |
| Monday 13th September | Week 2 of SeptembRSE |
| Monday 20th September | Week 3 of SeptembRSE |
| Monday 27th September | Week 4 of SeptembRSE |
| Thursday 30th September | Close of SeptembRSE. Closing talks and keynotes. Final networking and celebration event. |
