  • By entering this competition, you accept these rules.
  • In case of any issues or disputes, the decisions of the SeptembRSE Conference Chair is final with regards to this competition.
  • The winning individual or team is the one that submits all twenty coins to the identified form first. The decision of the Conference Chair as to who was first is final.
  • Only coins submitted to the designated form are counted, and it is the responsibility of the submitter to keep a record of submission. The competition organisers are not responsible for any technical or other issues that prevent coins from being submitted, and only fully-submitted coins are counted.
  • This Treasure Hunt is limited to all registered attendees of the SeptembRSE 2021 Conference who are 18 years of age or older as of the start of the Conference Period. Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win the prize(s) offered in this Treasure Hunt: (a) persons who are or were engaged in the development, production, distribution of materials, prizes, or determination of winners for this Treasure Hunt; (b) persons who are immediate family (defined as spouse, parent, sibling or child, regardless of where they reside) of, or anyone who resides in the same household as, any person in the preceding category; (c) employees of any company that has a policy against and/or legally prohibits participation in the Program or the awarding of a prize/award to an employee.

Oracle Poster Prize

  • By entering this competition, you accept these rules.
  • Posters selected to be shown at the SeptembRSE 2021 Conference have been selected on academic merit. Their selection automatically enters them to compete for the Oracle Best poster competition. Only posters submitted to SeptembRSE are valid for entering this competition (for the avoidance of doubt, these are posters P1002, P1004 and P1005).
  • If authors do not wish to compete they should advise the conference team in an email to [email protected]
  • Posters will be judged by a sub-set of the SeptembRSE Conference Committee. Their decision of the winner is final.
  • In case of any issues or disputes, the decisions of the SeptembRSE Conference Committee is final with regards to this competition.
  • Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to enter posters to the Oracle Poster Prize competition or win the prize(s) offered in this poster competition: (a) persons who are or were engaged in the development of the competition or supply of prizes, or determination of winners for this poster competition; (b) persons who are immediate family (defined as spouse, parent, sibling or child, regardless of where they reside) of, or anyone who resides in the same household as, any person in the preceding category; (c) employees of any company that has a policy against and/or legally prohibits participation in the Program or the awarding of a prize/award to an employee.
