The call for submissions has now closed.
SeptembRSE will comprise a full programme of keynotes, talks, posters, walkthroughs, workshops, panels, discussions, and networking sessions.
We are pleased to announce that the calls for submissions is open from May 28th until midnight (end of day) on Friday 2nd July.
We welcome submissions from anyone who would like to take part in SeptembRSE. We have detailed diversity and accessibility plans to support and encourage submissions from as wide and diverse community as possible, and welcome submissions from any section of the community, from any career stage or background, whether you identify as a research software engineer or not.
Submissions are invited for the following SeptembRSE sessions:
- Talks – these are talks that can be on any subject that would be of interest to attendees of SeptembRSE. Details, submission guidelines and application form
- Posters – these are posters that summarise a piece of work or that demonstrate something that will be of interest to the community. Details, submission guidelines and application form
- Walkthroughs – these are guided walkthroughs, e.g. walking through the installation or use of a technology, or walking through a notebook, with the aim of demonstrating something that will be of interest to the community. Details, submission guidelines and application form
- Workshops – these are interactive workshops, where attendees will expect to learn something new or try out a new technology themselves. Details, submission guidelines and application form
- Panels – these are interactive panels, where the audience will ask questions of a panel of presenters, on a subject of interest to the community. Details, submission guidelines and application form
- Discussions – these are podcast or talk radio-style discussions, during which a group of presenters will discuss a topic of interest to the community. Details, submission guidelines and application form
